About Name image & Likeness Activities
- Athletes must disclose any NIL agreement within 72 hours of execution through the University.
- Athletes may not receive compensation based on performance or work not performed (quid pro quo).
- Athletes must receive permission to use official Jackrabbit Athletics marks and logos.
- Athletes may obtain representation by an agent or attorney for NI
